This semester in Cape Town I am volunteering with Friends of the Children's Hospital Assocation at Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital--the only public children's hospital in South Africa. I am working on a project to bring an arts and craft program to the hospital to give children an emotional outlet, distraction, sense of hope, and chance to interact with volunteers in a constructive manner. FOCHA is a nonprofit organization, so to bring the arts and craft program to life we will need donations from anyone willing to give. Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital serves an underpriveledged community in their greatest time of need. An arts and craft program will show sick children that they still have the ability to create something beautiful, something of their own. I hope you will consider donating today, thank you:)
