We're looking to raise $2000 for us to be able to run the entire 3 day production. With this money we'd be able to use it for food, transportation, equipment rental, production design, location and insurance. With helping with this campaign you'd be helping us make our film come true. All perks are listed by themselves.
This film is meant to leave the audience with methods for drawing boundaries between them and their demons. It offers justification for ways to emotionally heal and why this healing must take place. Oftentimes, people are haunted by past events that leave them with guilt surrounding their own actions. This trauma suggests that they are unable to surround themselves with people or things that remind them of that traumatic event. While everyone has a different method for coping, the practice of neglecting feelings partially inhibits their ability to form new relationships or create a better future. By learning to conquer the fear of the past, this draws a boundary between an individual's aspirations and what the negative voice inside their head is saying about their future. Loss and guilt are very common human emotional journeys that many suffer silently with. Therefore, a short film such as this, offers directional solutions to people who may be wounded by past events.
