From the mind of Tanner Eddleman and the art of Juan Pablo Cartasso comes a Noble Comics Original: CARDINAL: CULT AND PUNISHMENT is an 84 page graphic novel with Noir style coloring for teens and adults that follows an old school super hero's return to society. After a retirement at the end of the 80’s, our hero THE CARDINAL fell into a self destructive spiral, society changed around him and his city he swore to protect fell into ruin! His oldest nemesis RYAN STARR has risen to power and a mysterious, MURDEROUS CULT has formed, led by the Cross Killer himself, the DISCIPLE.

Now the urge to make right with his city, and to prove to them, and himself, that the age of HEROES is not lost, CARDINAL, now nearly sixty years old, must once more dawn his cape and set forth to stop the villains that are tearing his city apart!

With every copy of CARDINAL: CULT AND PUNISHMENT also comes an 8 page short, part one of THE OFFWORLD OUTLAW! story, written by myself, and drawn by the great NARWHAL!

The main book is 84 pages of content with Noir style coloring, with a beautiful ROB WILLIS cover and an 8 page black and white story drawn by NARWHAL. The poster with every BOOK SET tier will be an UV Gloss, one sided 8” x 10” fold out poster containing the naked cover art.  The trading card with every BOOK SET tier will be the UV Gloss CARDINAL C1 card with art taken from our very own JUAN PABLO CARTASSO’S art from the book, colored by Nodsaibot.

This is my first campaign, my first time working with Indiegogo, and my first time doing fulfillment. This is why I have the book over 90% completed by the time this campaign launched, and set to be complete by the time it closes, giving me plenty of time to work on fulfillment. I don’t know the ropes yet, but I’m willing to learn to make sure each and every one of you gets your books on time!
