Benefits
Better for your fitness
"Incidental exercise (the exercise we get during daily activities) is the key to offsetting 'kilo creep' and can lead to a surprising fitness improvement. This "little by little" cumulative effect is the key to incidental exercise as walking burns about eight kilojoules a minute."
Michelle Bridges from the Biggest Loser http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/diet-and-fitness/fitness-the-easy-way-20110904-1jsy5.html
Experts suggest walking 6,000 steps a day to improve health and 10,000 steps a day to lose weight as brisk walking helps reduce body fat, lower blood pressure, and increase high-density lipoprotein. Stop using plastic bags
It is estimated that worldwide, shoppers are using approximately 500 billion single-use plastic bags every year. Of those, 13,000 to 15,000 are dumped into our oceans every day. The reason we are so reliant on plastic bags is that they are just so easy to use. CarryMaster solves that problem, by actually making it easier to switch to a reusable option.

About the Inventors
Keith and Victor came together to create the CarryMaster. Both from Melbourne, Australia they met while Victor was a masseuse and Keith had cronic back pain. Then over many years they created The CarryMaster.
Both from diverse backgrounds and with a common passion for Australian Football Rules they both saw a need for a simpler way to do grocery shopping and created a solution! Today Keith McArthur is a Builder who loves to fish and supports Essendon in the AFL while Vic has developed a reputation to “Fix” anything that’s broken (from bodies to buildings) and they call him “Mr Fix it”. He follows the AFL with a passion and his favourite football team is Carlton. Vic used to be a sports masseur for the AFL.
