Overview

In the United States, millions of undocumented immigrants live each day in fear of being deported. 'Catalina' follows the story of an 11-year-old girl trying to comprehend the changes she sees in her mother, an undocumented immigrant who fears being taken away from her. With Catalina, we hope to raise awareness of the reality of the U.S. immigration system by presenting it from a child's perspective. We also hope this inspires people to demand a reform for families wanting the 'American Dream'.
