Short Summary
Cats of Ulthar is a 15-17 minute horror short film based on Howard Philip Lovecraft's short story of the same name. We will be shooting in late July and early August in different parts of the Hudson Valley in New York.
An homage to all cats everywhere, "Cats of Ulthar" tells the story of a town where cats get revenge on their abuser which finally results in a law being passed stating that in Ulthar, no man may kill a cat!
Inspired by the one year anniversary of the passing of my beloved feline friend of 17 years last July, I decided to do this film in honor of her.

Risks & Challenges
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic there has been many increased risks and challenges that come along with production. The biggest challenge we face is ensuring our cast and crew are safe. To address these concerns, we plan to:
- Require that all on-set personnel wear PPE, whether vaccinated or not, when not on camera.
- Provide PPE for all cast and crew.
- Keep physical contact between characters to a minimum.
- Keep the amount of people on set to a bare minimum.
- Socially distance when and where possible.
