Our expert team of professional designers and technicians developed Catspad to respect the cats’ nature and answer to cat owners needs. Its technology and design provide an amazing experience for both, cats and cats owners. 

1.  Catspad food dispenser enables you to feed your cats just like the wild typical ones; it has a small bowl that allows to dispense small amounts of food frequently throughout the day. Its sealed reservoir conserves kibbles for one month and keeps them fresh and strong

2.  Catspad water dispenser makes it attractive for cats; it keeps the water running and fresh and encourages cats to drink more. The water dispenser includes a filter, which removes bad tastes and smells annoying for cats.

3.  CATSPAD’s size and format will blend seamlessly with your home decor. It’s electrically powered, and also equipped with a battery in case of a power outage.

 Our Amazing Team

Catspad is the fruit of trusted friendship between Julie & Brice, friends from high school.

They went last year on vacation and left Mozart, Julie’s cat, with a friend who got sick. Sadly, Julie and Brice had to cut their vacation short in order to return and take care of Mozart.

Brice, an engineer and a big fan of technology, asked himself: « why is there no smart product that can help us take care of our cat and save our vacations? »

This is when they embarked on their big adventure.

Julie and Brice decided to adapt connected technology to facilitate the life of cat's owners by creating a new smart dispenser for cats. They decided on asking cat lovers from different sectors to help them develop the project.

Catspad was born and the team was created  with Mozart, our everyday inspiration manager!

Every new and innovative project involves risks, but we are doing our best to minimize those risks. There may be manufacturing and production delays that are out of our control, we promise timely and transparent communication throughout the process. 

We are motivated about our amazing project, we created a trustworthy team. We believe in our idea and worked hard to do what we have done within a short time frame. 

Above all, we are cats owners and we developed Catspad with the help of other pet owners, that is why we are sure that our product is useful for any cats owner. Our only goal is to succeed and make the life of all cat owners easier.

1. Is the app free?

Of course it is! The application will be available on the AppStore and the Google Play Store for free, all you have to do is to download it and connect it to your Catspad.

2. Is it easy to connect Catspad to the Wi-Fi and the application?

It’s all handled when you turn on the Catspad: it will send a signal to the app and all you will have to do is to follow the instructions to sync your Catspad to your user account.

3. Can I use my catspad with multiple phones ?

Catspad was made to facilitate the cat’s owner’s life. In order to do that, your Catspad can be connected to many phones, so your family members can track your cat(s)’s health and nutrition. It can also be connected to your tablet, your PC, and all the devices where the app is installed to monitor your cat's nutrition. A web app is also under development.

4. What is the voltage needed for my Catspad ?

Catspad is made to work worldwide. You will receive the Catspad with the adapter according to the country you live in.

5. Can I turn it off?

The dispenser has an ON/OFF button, so you can turn it off whenever you want.

6. Is it easy to clean Catspad?

The bowl, the water dispenser and the reservoir can be easily disassembled and are easily cleanable with a sponge or even put to the dishwasher for some parts.

7.  Am I alerted if my cat does not eat conveniently?

Since you can track your cat's nutrition, you can know what the big changes are in his nutritional behavior. Your app will therefore notice it and notify you in the minute.

8.  What will happen in case of power outage?

Catspad got a battery that automatically goes on if a power cut occurs. The smart feeder can function on battery for a whole month. 

9.  What will happen in case of Wi-Fi disconnection?

In case of a power outage or any problems that causes a Wi-Fi disconnection, the Catspad will continue to work normally. It is just no longer connected to your phone: it will work as you firstly set it up.

10. Can it be used for dogs?

Yes, Catspad can be used for little dogs.

11. How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs $ 30 but we are offering it for our first 50 buyers.

12. When can I get my Catspad at home?

As shown above, the Catspad will be entirely ready to be delivered in December. So you’ll have it at your home for your cat’s next Christmas!

13. Can I move my Catspad one it is in use? What is its weight?

You are totally free to move your Catspad. As empty, its weight is 4kg, so you can do it easily, without any help!

14. Is Catspad safe for my cat?

Yes! At Catspad, we truly love cats, so everything has been done to ensure the safety of our tiny little friends.

15. Can I use Catspad with any race or type of cat?

Yes, you can use Catspad for any cat aged more than 2 months and a half.

16. Can I put wet food inside my Catspad?

Catspad doesn’t support wet food because it’s too hard to keep it fresh.

17. What country is catspad made in?

Catspad is a French product. Our team works from Toulouse, the “pink city” (or Ville rose) in the south-west of France.

18. How many cats Catspad can be used with?

As many as you have! There is no limit for the number of cats that Catspad can manage.

19. Can Catspad be delivered anywhere in the world?

Cats' lovers are everywhere, so is Catspad! Wherever you are, we can deliver it for you.

20. Does Catspad comes with a warranty?

Catspad has a one year warranty after you receive it. If anything happens to your device, we will take it back and replace it for you.
