UPDATE:

Any funds not used for the event will be going towards Denny's daughter Sam's education.

On February 1st, 2016, Dennis Peters passed away from a very aggressive form of ALS. (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease)

Dennis was a beloved classmate, friend, family man and colleague to many. His home town is Hamden, Ct. He later moved out to LA to further his work in the movie industry.

A year ago, Dennis had plans to come back to his hometown and show his latest movie "I'm Not Adam, which he wrote and directed.

Sadly, that event never happened.

So on March 26th,  friends, family, colleagues and classmates will be gathering for a celebration of his life and to honor his wishes to show his movie. Donations will be going towards the cost of catering and other event expenses. Any amount is appreciated and no donation is too small.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CONTRIBUTE $50.00 AS THE PAGE SUGGESTS.

Donations can NOT be collected the day of the event!

This fund was set up to help cover the cost of this event.

I will be accepting contributions on behalf of this event.

Any left over funds from the event were going to go to the ALS Association, but things have changed and the funds will be going to Denny's daughter Sam's education. :)

THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED TO MAKE THIS EVENT POSSIBLE!
