Patent Pending | Challenge Rx is NOT affiliated with CrossFit, Inc.
Challenge Rx is:
-
A FREE workout programming and tracking software with advanced workout metrics to track athlete power output.
-
To interpret these metrics into actionable information we have enlisted the help of Mobility WOD coach Andrew Killion.
-
There is also a competitive interface in Challenge Rx where CrossFit Level 1 Trainers with Crossfit Judges course credentials earn $5 for every workout video they judge.
-
Challenge Rx will also host competitions which are based around a charitable cause where 100% of the purse will be passed through to a specific organization.
For our competitive interface, we level the playing field by using a power output formula for athlete skill level assessment which will only allow athletes with similar power output to compete against each other! The days of being shorter, taller, or skinnier being EXCUSES for sucking at burpees etc… are gone. Our proprietary physics formula takes height, weight, leg length, arm length into account in the calculation.

Would you Prefer to compete against Athletes on the same skill level as you?
Contribute at an Athlete level!
Competition is great but sometimes the playing field isn't as level as we'd like it to be. Through our advanced yet universal performance calculation the benefit of competition can best be seen when each athlete feels they have a chance to win! Challenge RX has special built in formulas that are used to categorize each athlete so you will compete against athletes with similar abilities and better yet, we cap the number of participants in each workout so the maximum number of people you will be competing against is 100 athletes ranked with the same performance class (similar ability) as you. When it comes time to compete, each athlete will know that if they really push themselves they have the ability to win and EARN CASH for competing!
How are athletes grouped to compete against each other?
Physics is a part of every day life. We decided to take simple physics and apply it to athletes completing workouts to determine the amount of power an athlete generates during a workout. The athletes with similar power outputs are then grouped together so they can perform in challenges against each other!
Power is calculated by taking the amount of work completed over a period of time.
Simple!

Level 1 Trainers with CF Judges Course:
Challenge Rx will PAY YOU $5 for EVERY video you judge!
We will only be offering a limited number of Priority positions. Judges that hold a Priority judging position will always be the first to be delivered videos to be judged. As soon as you finish judging one video you will be the first to get new videos delivered to your judging queue.
The key to successfully handle all video submissions in a timely manner is to let the masses of the CrossFit community judge them. However, we understand that not everyone has the ability to properly judge the technical movements that occur in these workouts. Because of this, we have limited judging positions to ONLY athletes that are a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and have ALSO passed the judging course offered on CrossFit.com.
- If you know that you will have your CrossFit Level 1 and Judging Certificates by the time our app is launched, SECURE YOUR JUDGING PRIORITY POSITION BY PURCHASING A PRIORITY SPOT TODAY! Please note, before we can activate your judging position we will validate your claimed credentials at application launch (~April 2014).
The time spent judging videos on Challenge Rx will be recorded and maintained in the event that the information will ever be needed by the judge.

It's time to move from this:
To this (For FREE!):
We're partnering with MWOD coach Andrew Killion!
Andrew currently programs and coaches both teams and individuals across the country with both CrossFit Games aspirations and regular health and fitness aims. Since making MWOD the foundation of his coaching, no athlete he coaches has failed to improve their standings in CrossFit Games qualification process. Andrew will be providing Challenge RX with video coaching of each movement in our daily provided WODs and will detail key points about each movement that will help athletes to perform the movements in a more efficient and effective manner. We are excited to have Andrew as part of our team and are confident that his coaching excellence will benefit the Challenge RX athletes.
Enjoy free, top of the line, programming that you can use, or you can create your own programming. Our application can be used directly on a laptop, desktop, or large screen TV mounted or positioned in your Box. Display WODs in style and allow your athletes to see how they are progressing day after day, WOD after WOD.
Challenge Rx takes competition to a new level with the introduction of skill based competition limiting the size of competition groups, paid certified judging positions, WOD management and athlete performance tracking allowing boxes to have a great way to manage WODs and track their athlete's performance. Now everyone can feel like they have a chance to win. For some, Challenge Rx can be used as a method to replace or supplement income. The potential for earnings with the Judging role of the application allows athletes the ability to make an income that could be significant enough to completely replace their current income.
- Potential hourly incomes of up to $60/hour can be equivalent to almost $125,000 per year just for judging videos
- Athletes have a real ability to win every workout they compete in
- Boxes have the ability to take better care of their athletes and make money for their box
- Charities will benefit from our high charitable integration
