Step 3: Checkout
Click/tap “checkout” and fill in all the required information. Make sure to input your full address and full name to prevent any delivery error. After filling everything, click/tap “submit payment”.

Step 4: We will ship what you’d ordered starting from March 2020.

The estimated shipping time is March 2020. Though it may delay or hasten due to unforeseen factors. Regardless, we will see to it that you will get the products you have ordered.

We ship internationally. However, if your country does incur import taxes, customs duties, or other fees, we will not bear these charges for you. Should customs clearance is required upon reaching your country, you shall be responsible to work with the customs and/or shipping company to ensure the delivery of your order.

There will be a reshipping fee if our courier service provider attempts to deliver to your address and the package is returned because of any of these reasons: your location provided is not accessible, no-one is available to receive the package, you've provided the wrong address or you’ve moved without notifying us before your package is dispatched.

All delivery issues need to be reported within 1 month after the tracking number is provided. Otherwise, we won't be able to trace the delivery and any loss won't be covered.
