Short Summary
We've started an indiegogo campaign to help us raise money in order to be better able to help our community. With all of the issues happening in the emergency services, childhood obesity, and adulthood obesity and assaults, we want to help make our community, and the rest of our nation a safe, healthy place.
We've been squeezing by with old barns and school gyms, but we have no room to expand. If we're going to help people on a larger scale, we need a place that will accommodate that goal.
If we can achieve what we've set out to do, we can house our ideas and projects, doing what we can to prevent obesity, help emergency responders reach their full potential in the physical aspects of their jobs, and fight against assault and the battery of women.
Jack Hauprich and Chris Chacon attended the University of Southern Maine, studying Applied Exercise Science and Psychology with the vision of helping those around them. They have a background in self-defense, competitive weight-lifting, and nutritional consulting.
What We Need & What You Get
We are looking to obtain a facility in which we can adequately train people in fitness, self-defense, weightlifting, emergency response team fitness classes, and give nutritional advisory to all. In order to do this, we need your help.
Our perks range anywhere from a month of free access to our brand new website, to free clothing, and even free fitness instructional videos!
No matter what, the funds will go toward a facility to help the community, because that is our only goal. We will not stop until we make it happen.
Risks & Challenges
With large-scale projects like this, there are always challenges to be faced.
Obtaining the right facility, in an accessible location, may take some time, as well as any renovations that may need to be done. However, these are minor challenges, and we are confident that we can overcome them with relative ease, especially with your help.
