Q: Can the battery be removed?
A: Yes. The battery is replaceable and can be removed in less than 5 seconds after you unlock it with your unique key.
Q: Can I test ride the iBike 2?
A: At this stage test rides are only available in Los Angeles. Please contact us by email for a test ride.
Q: Does it require assembly?
A: It will require minimal assembly, and we recommend customers with no experience in bikes take their iBikes to a local bike shop before use.
Q: How much does shipping cost for the iBike 2?
A: International shipping will cost $160 USD because each bike is shipped directly from the factory to you in order to minimize costs for you. Now we are offering a limited number of bikes with a much discounted shipping of only $99, duty and taxes not included, within the US and Canada!
Q: What kind of warranty does the iBike have?
A: All iBikes and batteries come with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. But wearable items such as brakes and tires are not covered by the warranty. Parts will be sent to customers for most repairs, and most local bike shops can repair it since the iBIke 2 is based on many standard bike parts. It is basically very easy to maintain!
