Crawford Jazz Project 

This company is being created for two reasons. First and foremost because we have such a love and respect for jazz dance and want to share that passion. We want to see this classic style of dance continue to thrive in today's market. The company is our way of contributing what we can to preserve this wonderful art. 

The other reason is to get this very special group of dancers together. We all have a strong connection in the way we work. It is hard to put into words, but it's undeniably there when you see these ladies in the studio or on stage with each other. 

We intend to travel to various college campuses, arts festivals, dance studios and other performance venues across the east coast. As often as possible we will be attaching workshop classes to these events so that our audience will not only be entertained but also have the opportunity to learn and put our style on their own body. 

This particular campaign is to help us raise the funds needed to produce our premier event in Greenville, SC on August 6, 2016. Funds will go to travel expenses, space rental, videographers, costumes, promotional materials, performance insurance, and other production costs. This premier event will be a great kickstarter for our company and also serve as a platform to raise more funds for the future of the project! 

Crawford Jazz Project is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization.  Contributions for the charitable purposes of Crawford Jazz Project are payable to Fractured Atlas only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
