Hi, I am Dave de Vries the founder of CrossXvest EVO™. For many months I've trained in the Swiss, Spanish and Scottish mountains with a weightvest on. After a short period of time I noticed massive improvements. My explosivity and endurance increased, also I noticed my body fat percentage went down. This opened up my eyes and I started studying this method of training... In my quest to tell more people about CrossXvest EVO™, I was invited by Untold Fitness from Chattanooga, USA.
