When young American student, Ember, connects with her movie producer uncle in London, she becomes embroiled in a world of deceit, exploitation and murder. A classic case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, Ember witnesses something she shouldn’t have, takes something she shouldn’t have, and finds herself pursued by a blood-thirsty killer who leaves a trail of bodies in his wake.
January 2025 saw a month of filming our 8th feature film with an international cast, incredibly cold weather and fabulous locations, all adding to the atmosphere and foreboding of this nail-biting horror-thriller. We have incredible tension, compellingly complex characters and some heart-pounding action!
With a successful shoot behind us, we have moved into the post-production phase and this is where we’re asking for your help.
We will undertake the edit of Cult Night in-house, but once the edit is locked, it will be time to hand it over to the sound and image specialists to work their magic. All money raised here will go towards the work of these valuable crew members, so I do hope you can consider backing this campaign with as little or as much as you feel fit.

Who are we?
We are James Smith and Caroline Spence, a multi award-winning writer-director and screenwriter-producer partnership who work under the banner of Raya Films.
