About Dark Sarah
Dark Sarah is a cinematic metal band from Finland. It is lead by Heidi Parviainen, a classically trained singer, songwriter and a story teller. Musically Dark Sarah combines elements of film music and metal music. Dark Sarah´s music is built around continuing dark fantasy stories.
The first trilogy "The Chronicles" - including albums "Behind the Black Veil", "The Puzzle" and "The Golden Moth" - tells a story of a woman called Sarah and her evil alter ego Dark Sarah. The Chronicles trilogy ends tragically to Dark Sarah´s death.
The fourth album called "Grim" lead us into a new time and space with a new protagonist called "Luna". She tried to save the Grim citizens from the monster called Mörk who terrorized the city with an evil magic orb, Malevolent. Mörk was defeated and for a while it looked like life could change back to normal in Grim.

New album story
After Mörk was killed, Malevolent - the evil orb - needed a new host. It cast a spell over Luna with the ancient sleeping thorns, Svefnthorns, and Luna fell into a sleep like state. For years Darkness dwelled upon Grim.
When the word of the passing of the monster reached Orym, the king of the forest folk, he started his attack. Orym and his troops started to roam into the city - destroying everything on their way.
Will Luna and the Grim citizens overcome the new enemy? You will find the answers to all this and more along with the new exciting Dark Sarah album.
