Short Summary
Debts is a film that will be made by a group of young film students who come from different schools and backgrounds. We all love filmmaking and are more and more inspired as we work on each project we take on. Each of us strive to do the best that we can, and hope to accomplish even more with the production of this short film. With the contributions that go toward the budget of Debts we want to use every dollar generously donated by YOU, to help fund every corner of production. As young filmmakers we all are hungry to keep working. And with the necessary funding it makes everything much easier for the entire team!
What We Need & What You Get
Funding will provide the crew and the cast with meals each day on set, alongside having a set. We plan to have enough food to feed the cast and crew in order to have a happy and healthy team. We are looking for $2,000 to cover catering, transportation, location fees, equipment rentals, and to also pay the members of our team. In hoping to have our funding, the crew and cast getting paid will mean that they will be reimbursed for their hard work, a privilege that we hope to finally have and one that we will certainly appreciate.
With getting the funding we want, we will without a doubt deliver the film we all want to make. The cast and crew will be able to reach for the best that they can deliver and in turn make a great film that will reach the audience.
Risks & Challenges
The challenges we would most likely encounter are -
- Not obtaining our first pick locations
- Failure to rent equipment
- Outside location delays due to weather
- Time spent in stunt work
The Team
Most of us have worked with each other on different projects and we have complete trust and faith in each other to make a film true to what we can give. We all have great experiences working on different sets throughout our time and that hard work will be shown in the final product.
