contribution will directly impact the realization of the scope of DEVIL’S FIVE

in helping us achieve a worldwide audience and delivering a feature film horror

How
it all began: Terry’s
long-time friend Thaddeus Byrd called to ask whether he would be interested in
teaming up with him to co-produce a found footage anthology entitled DEVIL’S FIVE.
Thaddeus’
concept was to have five filmmakers spread across the country, each one
producing their own twenty-minute movie that would be fashioned together as a
single cohesive feature film. He had a few stipulations, however; the
movies had to fit the overall theme of dealing with the Devil and mainly be shot
in a found footage format.
One of the films which will comprise DEVIL’S FIVE is already in the can and a
second one directed by Thaddeus Byrd is currently in production as pictured
below.

The
productions have been very much a group effort of extremely talented people
comprising both the personnel behind the scenes as well as the cast. Going forward, our goal will continue to be
creating a superior horror film for worldwide distribution despite limited
funds without comprising on quality.

This
campaign is designed to raise the funds necessary to make the crucial
wraparound of our movie, and we need your help.
We have already set the ball in motion and are very excited that our
first choice for the lead role said yes, none other than Ralf Scheepers of the German metal powerhouse Primal Fear.
Veronica Freeman of the band Benedictum, which shares Primal Fear’s label Frontier
Records, also readily and enthusiastically agreed to co-star in DEVIL'S FIVE.
Terry Wickham decided he wanted to up the ante
and devise something unique for the segment which will tie the other four films
together. Along with Thaddeus Byrd, the
two wrote a very ambitious script complete with car chases, police shootouts, over
twenty speaking roles and amazing visual and makeup effects.
In
order to realize Terry’s vision, DEVIL’S FIVE will be photographed utilizing a
4K digital image captured with a RED camera. He has also put together an
excellent cast, and recruited a topnotch cinematographer, skilled costumer,
dedicated production designer as well as a full crew of experienced camera
personnel.
Although
most of our production will not be dependent upon payment of cast, crew and
much of the necessary equipment upfront, your contribution will enable us to
arrange for hard costs such as travel and lodging expenses, necessary
insurance, stunts, makeup and visual effects, costuming, props, locations, food
for cast and crew as well as set construction.
Once again, everyone working on our production has agreed to contribute
their talents upfront with their belief that our film will ultimately be
successful.

Terry Wickham has been watching scary movies since he was four years old. In
1978, HALLOWEEN changed his life: “I couldn't get the imagery from that
movie out of my head and wanted to be able to do to an audience what John
Carpenter did to me.” Terry started out
in high school training in television production.
A couple years later while living in West Germany, Louisiana and New York, he directed a total of 25 music videos for such noted artists as Michael Knight and Voodoo Storm. Terry furthered his formal training at the American Film Institute, New York University as well as acting at HB Studios in New York City.
Terry has directed numerous short films, including WASHINGTON ROAD and HAIR OF THE DOG, the former of which was selected as the grand prize winner of the International Three-Minute Chillers Contest at www.urbanchillers.com and sponsored by Apple.
In addition, Terry has two feature films to his credit as director, OUT OF TOUCH, and the horror anthology EVIL STREETS to which Terry contributed two episodes, “The Downfall of Johnny Garrett” and “Stalk."
About the Producer/Screenwriter

Thaddeus Byrd has been obsessed with making
movies most of his life. He directed his
first feature, FATHER ROCK, at the age of 19.
The movie developed a cult following mainly through the inclusion of legendary
Seattle band Alice in Chains and a speaking role by the late singer Layne
Staley.
Thaddeus soon began directing and producing music videos and eventually went back to film school to become a cinematographer. During that period, he worked for various corporate clients and continued to direct, produce and often photographing narrative films and music videos.
Additionally, Directors George Brianka and Edwin M. Figueroa will be teaming up with Terry and Thaddeus as each director contributes their own segments. Tim Clark (HAIR OF THE DOG) has also contributed an excellent script for “Stash," which Terry has already directed and is currently in post-production. We are aiming for a completion date of DEVIL’S FIVE by the fall of 2015.

As you will see on the upper right-hand side, we have a variety of cool perks up for grabs. These include a copy of the DVD, poster signed by cast and crew, Skype sessions with Director Terry Wickham and even becoming an extra during the film's action packed last scene.
Incredibly, there are also Skype sessions available with stars Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear) and Veronica Freeman (Benedictum), which are limited to five sessions with artist. For those who want to go even further, you can create your very own character the film's explosive finale, follow the producer around for an entire production weekend and even devise your own perk!
