We established Artisan & Ocean five years ago. The CEO/Founder, Jungil Kim is an experienced diver of more than 10 years. We started with the profound knowledge and experiences in underwater activities, technology and entrepreneurship. 

The first product we launched was DIVEROID Android, the all-in-one dive gear. We included a dive computer, compass and dive log book into a single device. The DIVEROID is the only existing dive computer with built in housing. 

We have continued developing the DIVEROID mini, incorporating many improved features and enhancing the software functions, while being at a reasonable price.

Q. Can I use the DIVEROID mini without a water-proofed housing?
A. No, it’s impossible to use the DIVEROID mini without a waterproof housing for your smartphone.
 

Q. Can I use the DIVEROID mini with another person at the same time?
A. No it can’t. Under water the maximum Bluetooth connecting distance is 3 centimeters between a smartphone and the DIVEROID mini. That’s why you can’t use the DIVEROID mini with someone else at the same time.
 

Q. Can I use other housing instead of LenzO, WaterShot, Meikon and Mpac?
A. Our recommended housings are LenzO, WaterShot, Meikon and Mpack. If you want to use other housings please contact us here on Indiegogo, via email or Facebook, and we'll let you know if your housing is compatible!
 

Q. How deep can the DIVEROID mini work underwater? 
A. The maximum waterproof depth is 200ft but our recommended depth is 131ft.
 

Q. Does the DIVEROID mini use the smartphone's battery?
A. No it does not. The DIVEROID mini comes with a built-in battery and doesn't use a smartphone’s battery. The battery life is usually 2 years but can vary depending on usage habits and number of dives.

Q. While diving, is there a way to reconnect Bluetooth in the case it becomes disconnected?
A. Push the "Diving Start" button for around 1-2 seconds. There is no need to separate the housing from your smartphone. Bluetooth will automatically reconnect to your phone. 

Q. How can I charge my DIVEROID mini? 
A. Instead of rechargeable batteries, we use low-power Bluetooth. Without significant time, you are able to charge the DIVEROID mini using Bluetooth.

Q. While I am diving, am I able to use another application at the same time as the DIVEROID application?
A. No. For the user's safety, we recommend that you only use the DIVEROID application while diving. 

Q. How is the after service of the DIVEROID MINI handled? 
A. The warranty lasts 1 year from the the date of purchase. If there are any problems regarding the DIVEROID mini, please submit your inquiries through the customer service line or website and send the product to DIVEROID.

Since DIVEROID is a scuba diving device, there will be no refunds and it cannot be exchanged. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

After receiving the product, please check the following:

1. Check if it goes on / off .
2. Check the Bluetooth connection with smartphone. 
3. Check the normal operation of the application after it’s connected. 

If a problem is founded during the checking process, we will exchange the mini.

The warranty period is one year based on the delivery date of the product. To receive warranty service, the purchaser must contact DIVEROID for problem determination and service procedures.

The foregoing warranty shall not apply to any problem that is caused by :

* The use or operation in an environment other than that approved or recommended by                    DIVEROID or the applicable documentation.

* End User’s failure to implement or connect with incompatible device.

* Any damage or malfunction caused by disassembly, modification or repair.

* Malfunction due to natural disasters.
