Pariah: Blood and Mud, the first chapter in the Pariah Trilogy, is a stunning Graphic Novel of Supernatural Revenge.  Elizabeth Payne moved to the big city after high school.   Working in a seedy club owned by a Russian Mob Boss,  she witnesses a brutal murder. Trying to do the right thing, she agrees to testify for the DA, but she is tracked down, assaulted, and left for dead.  What the mob didn't know was that Elizabeth comes from a centuries old lineage of powerful witches.  She's back now, and revenge is not enough...she wants blood!

About the Author

Christopher "Doc"  Blalock has been making art professionally for 40+ years!  Back in the 90's he penciled comics in the small indies.  Since then, he has been an impressionist landscape painter, with works collected in some of the largest and most prestigious collections in America.  Coming back to the indie comics scene after a 30 year hiatus, he's bringing you a stunning Graphic Novel Trilogy of Supernatural Revenge. Doc, whose influences include Tom Clancy, Steven Brust, Hemingway and Doyle is also the writer of the project.

About the Publisher

Screenname turned publisher, Anthony Romano has been a long-time supporter and promoter of Comicsgate, and indie comics in general. Considered a super backer by purchasing and supporting many campaigns, he took the leap from fan to creator with his contribution to Wart the Wizard in the form of the ashcan, Sunday Follies. He then released an art book on Lulu.com, to diving in with his first campaign, HUNTING ALICE. Branching out to now publishing books for others, the first of which was Lightbringer: Genesis Vol 1, he has since picked up Doc Blalock's Pariah: Blood & Mud and diving back in to the Lightbringer Universe with Lightbringer: Genesis Vol 2 (currently funding)! To say the dream of his adolescence is coming to fruition is beyond an understatement.

While Doc has completed the 32 pages of art and script, we require the funds to pay for the printing and shipping, as well as for DarkGift Comics to help manage and distribute the finished comic.  Your support of a single dollar, all the way up to our highest tier will give us the resources (and the audience) we need to make this gripping tale come to life. Every penny of funding will go toward producing and fulfilling this passion project!  This book has been completely finished before the launch of this campaign.  No missed deadlines, no excessive delays!  Doc has been making and delivering beautiful art on time for decades and he'll do it here too!
