Dear Film Fans!
I'm Trevor Anthony, an award winning Actor and Producer and along with the amazing Director/Writer Nathan Edwards, we've written the short film "Drafted", a relatable and heartfelt film about a family being torn apart by war.
America is engulfed in World War III, unprecedented casualties are mounting, the draft been reinstated with an increase in the age requirement causing a forty year old loving husband to decide between serving his family or serving his country. World War is always a tough topic so we wanted to tell it through a very relatable perspective... through a family.
I moved to Nashville a year ago after living as an actor/filmmaker in Los Angeles for eleven years and this will be my first film in Tennessee! The entertainment industry is growing rapidly in Tennessee and I'm excited to showcase the outstanding talent we have here!

My goal with every film I produce is not just to make a great film but to do so while every cast and crew member is getting paid and being treated as if we were making a multi million dollar blockbuster film. That makes filming more expensive but to me it's always way more beneficial and worthwhile.

Trevor Anthony - Executive Producer - Writer - Actor (Grayson Patrick)
Trevor is an award winning actor and producer. His film A FATHER’S LOVE recently won Best Drama at the KaPow Film Festival in Los Angeles. He also wrote, produced and starred in the award winning web series FRATITUDE. Trevor has also enjoyed some exciting jobs on TV shows like NASHVILLE, GREY’S ANATOMY and MODERN FAMILY. He’s also proud to say he performed in the sketch show BEAUTIFUL GIFTS at the world famous Groundlings Theater and SKITS & BITS at Third Coast Comedy. He’s performed in a number of films, web series and plays throughout his career. Trevor studied acting with Stan Kirsh, Shari Shaw and Brett Rickaby while in L.A. He’s also studied Improv with The Groundlings, IO West and Second City of Chicago.

Nathan Edwards - Director - Writer
Nathan is a producer and director from Nashville, Tennessee. A firm supporter of independent and regional film, Nathan produces a web series called Southern Storytellers, which highlights unproduced screenplays from screenwriters living in the South. An award winning screenwriter and director, Nathan recently won the Barcelona International Film Festival's El Rey Award for Best Screenplay for his short screenplay "A Letter Before Dying" and completed a 2015-2016 festival run with two short films he directed, Melancholy and Beards. He is currently in pre-production on two short films and producing a feature film. He has an eclectic list of directorial influences, including Woody Allen, Wes Anderson, Michel Gondry, and Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu.

Ted Welch - Actor (Elliot)
Ted is a Graduate of The American Conservatory Theater (Notable Alumni include: Denzel Washington, Elizabeth Banks, Benjamin Bratt, Annette Benning, etc.) with an MFA in Acting, and attended The Eugene O'Neill National Theater institute as well as the St. Petersburg Dramatic Arts Academy in Russia. Film credits include: The Help (SAG Award for Best Ensemble),Wild Man, AWOL, Hand of God and Home/Vistor. T.V.: True Blood, Justified, Grey's Anatomy, Hart of Dixie , L.A'd, and Lovefinder (Pilot)TBS. He has also Written and starred in the web series Squirrel and Donkey show, as well as Directing the pilot Wrestling a docudrama represented by William Morris Endeavor. Theater Credits include: An Enemy of The People, and Ubu The King with WIlliamstown Theater Festival, The American Conservatory Theater: After The War original cast, The Christmas Carol, and Red Scare on Sunset . My Renaissance Faire Lady at the Ontological Hysteric Theater in NY, and Farmtrucks NYC Fringe Festival (Winner best ensemble).

Tiffany Montgomery - Actor (Amy Patrick)
Tiffany is an award-winning actress who began pursuing her love of acting as a teenager, after watching a childhood friend grow up working as a successful film & television actor. She has been a lead in several films that have been accepted and won awards in film festivals all across the world. Tiffany was honored with the best actress award at the World Film Awards for her lead role/solo actor in Roulette. She can be seen in many regional and national commercials and is the face of the new ‘Nobody Trashes Tennessee’ campaign. Currently, you can catch her co-star role on the TV show Nashville. Her education includes a BFA in Theatre Arts and Film and training with some of the best film & TV acting coaches throughout the United States.

Sydney Taylor - Actor (Harper Patrick)
Sydney grew up in Colorado, and recently moved to Tennessee. She has a background in gymnastics and dance, but found what she enjoyed most about these activities was performing. She asked her mom if she could take an acting class and has been hooked ever since. She is signed locally with The Avenue Agency and is represented in LA by Coast to Coast Talent Group. Recently she landed a role in the award winning television series Nashville. She has been busy acting locally in commercials, independent films and student projects. Sydney is passionate about learning all she can from as many people in the industry as possible and has trained with Regina Moore, The 4th Wall, Nashville Acting Studio and Grays Acting Studio.

Rachel Neiswanger - Actor (SST News Reporter)
Rachel was most recent seen in CMT’s Summer BBQ series, along with Southern Storytellers series "The narrow Edge”. She is currently studying with Corey Parker, as well as The 4th Wall acting Studio in Nashville, TN. She’s also been cast in various military roles in an American Military University regional commercial & a PSA for protection in the Army. Rachel enjoys singing & physical activity such as running & many other forms of exercise. She also enjoys going out to eat & discovering all the new & fun places to dine in Music City. She loves her city & can’t wait to be a part of the short film, “Drafted” by Trevor Anthony!

Heather Lannan - Actor (FBA News Reporter)
Heather is an actress and producer best known for her work with the original series, Southern Storytellers and her work with local director Chris Hollo in his award-winning web series, LEGACY. Most recently she was cast as the lead in STAY, a film written by Comicbook.com’s Brandon Davis. She’s already been drafted to film two new series in the coming months in different genres. When she’s not busy producing or acting, she’s singing and writing new music with other Nashville-based songwriters. Find her on IG: @heatherlannan.
