Welcome to my Dream Machine pre-order campaign!
My name is Lizz Larouge and I am a poet, artist and seer.
For the past 10 years I have been writing poetry. What I consider to be downloads from soul and spirit. Over the past year I have carefully compiled a selection of my poems into a book which I have titled 'Dream Machine'. This project is self-published and comes direct to you from my heart. I have collaborated with one of my best friends, visionary artist Christina Mikelis who has brought my words to life in art form through her beautiful illustrations.
As co-founder of global community Colours of Love, I have been privileged to witness hundreds of people speak their dream and manifest it into reality. I stand before you today (virtually!) to activate my dream; To bring my poetry book Dream Machine into reality.
By supporting my dream, pre-ordering the Dream Machine book and goodies, your contribution goes directly to paying the artist, the local business printing my book and all the other exciting limited edition items available to you.
Why do I need your help?
I am self-publishing this book. This means I front the costs of printing, of design, of production, of everything around the book. I also do the promotions, the marketing and distribution myself.
I have managed to eliminate or reduce a lot of costs, having people I know support me with the proofreading and the editing, doing all the video content and promotional graphics and social media etc myself and making clear and conscious choices where the budget is going.
However, there are still thousands of pounds needed to get a coffee-table-worthy work of art like this off the ground. As an artist and self-employed businesswoman, this project would be hard to make a reality without the support of my global community. YOU!
I have a target to reach of £6517. Your contribution goes directly to paying the illustrative artist and the local small business printing my book plus all the other exciting limited edition items available to you.
This campaign is a huge ticket of trust and belief in myself and my gifts. So let me give you the details of the book and how you can be involved!
The book is printed on recycled paper and is available in Softcover and Hardback with a silver foil cover finish. The hardback edition is hand-sewn by local artisan book binders (I will document this process to share with you!) All books are signed by me and include a fold-out A2 poster featuring a brand new poem and art not included in the book itself. Each supporter will be personally thanked by me in print, in the Thankyou section of the book. Each supporter will be sent a mix I have created especially in celebration of Dream Machine. Each supporter will be invited to join me at the conclusion of my campaign for a virtual ‘wrap party’ so I can thank each and every one of you in person (virtually!)

The only risk was in not believing in myself and making this book. The challenge is in staying true to my vision and holding my nerve throughout this 30-day journey!
