What do we mean by upgrading the café?

You get to upgrade the following:

• PC with CPU, monitor, PC games & Gaming Gear;
• Gaming consoles with model type, TV, games & gaming gear;
• Lounge Area:

1. Update your space to better & more comfortable PC chairs, console couches & couches in the waiting area.
2. Apart from this, you also can update the lounge area with a little snack bar that also has a soda machine and yummy treats.
3. It doesn’t stop here. Make your café look beautiful with funky posters on the walls. For gamers who are waiting to use the café, can engage themselves on various arcade machines that you can upgrade your café with.
4. As if this wasn’t awesome enough, you can even expand the area occupied by your café, as the game progresses. (Think 2 to 3 PC/ consoles , 1 arcade machine, Vs. 20 PC / consoles, 2 snack bars, 5 arcade machines & a plethora of gamers waiting to get into your café!)

1. REPUTATION: Upgrading your café will improve the reputation of your café amongst gamers & fans alike.
2. HOST TOURNAMENTS: Initially when you hire gamers, they will be able to play tournaments hosted by international gaming associations. But, as your café expands, you can hold you OWN tournaments within your café!
3. GET A BETTER RETURN FOR YOUR INVESTMENT! Better quality technology & a swankier ambience for your café, will fetch you more money, more gamers & more money per gamer.

THIS INVOLVES SIMPLE BUSINESS MECHANICS: To begin with, earn money from visiting gamers, use up the initial capital to set up the café and progress in the game thereon, based on earning more money from visitors, hiring gamers to play & win tournaments, beautify the café and so on.

• Yep, of course you do! Bring in a super-efficient manager based on his scouting and gaming attributes. [You get one manager at a time. If you are not happy with his skills, you can fire him and hire another one. Remember you are the boss, ALWAYS!] (See video for reference).
• Sponsors: Based on the reputation of you café, you can attract some kick-ass sponsors  who will not just bring  in investment meant for, say, land expansion but also improve the brand worth of your café.
  

Awesome! So how do I hire gamers and form my E-sports team?

• SCAN GAMER PROFILE: Each gamer who visits your café, has a profile that indicates his/her attributes. Based on this you can hire any gamer/s and form a team for playing games of various genres.
• HIRE BASIS YOUR GENRE PREFERENCE: Attributes of a gamer imply how well he is playing games of different genres. (See image below for reference) E.g. a gamer may be awesome at arcade games, but may not do so well in racing games.
• THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE! Each gamer can play across as many as 6 gaming genres, that are, Arcade, Sports, Racing, RTS, FPS & MOBA.
• TRAIN, FIRE, HIRE GAMERS: As the game progresses, you can train your gamers on different games. If you are not satisfied with a gamer’s performance, you can always hire a new one. (We promise there will be plenty of talent out there!)
• MULTIPLE TEAMS: Not just one team, You can have as many as SIX teams, one for each genre.

• Users of the full game, E-sports tycoon, buy your gamer basis his performance, to form a team and play in the tournaments.
• You need to train and sell a minimum of 5 gamers – to form a team and upgrade your role to that of a manager.
• But tournaments can be hosted only in the full game.
• Not just this, but you will also get a % share of rewards as earned by gamers you have sold with respect to whether they win in the tournaments.
• That’s not all. The gamers hired, trained & sold by you, can compete at the International Level and still be the no. 1 team in the world!
• Tentative Feature: We are planning an in-game conversion of a "Gamer Tycoon" user to "eSports Tycoon" for a certain in-game money in "Gamer Tycoon".
