The idea of creating super articulated, realistic and accurate dinosaur toys goes back to 2014 when the earlier prototypes were developed.

Back then everything was made by hand. Design and functional mechanics.  Ball joints and knee articulations were the hardest because they needed high precision for them to work smoothly and don't brake, it was a long process of trial and error.

As technology progressed and new technologies became available to the general public We were able to incorporate 3D printing technology  into our process which highly increased the precision of the models and opened huge range of  new possibilities. 

 For the last couple of years Edel Toy has worked hard to offer realistic, interactive, very detailed  and functional Dinosaur Articulated toys. The great playability of these toys, the possibilities offered by these types of very detailed, articulated and interactive toys are really quite a nice experience for the action figure and dinosaur enthusiast 

However, because of the complexity involved in the creation of this kind of Super articulated toys We have been able to produce just a handful of them, and in terms of Price not accessible to everyone. 

 "Pocketsaurus " by Edel is the  very  first step in being able  to produce , high Quality, interactive,  highly detailed super articulated Dinosaur toys and make them accessible for everyone to enjoy.

Production. 

The Funds Will be used:

1 To create the complex injection molds necessary to produce many pieces at affordable prices. 

 2 To pay for the production of at least  500 copies, fully painted and its blister packaging 

3 Pay for the shipping for every  backer that supported the project.

Through really generous close friends, whose help has been truly invaluable and who are well stablished in this field, we have met with the best toy and collectibles producers in the industry, with countless years of experience. By doing so, we have selected only the best to be in charge of this task. A company well known in the industry for its capacity, punctuality and commitment to quality and that have produced many of the toys you see on shelves today, along with many that you probably already own. In terms of quality and  regardless of the effort they are gonna put into the project, we will personally go to the factory to make sure to verify that the quality of the final product is the absolute best it can be!

Covid 19 thought us all a lesson about expect the unexpected. However The prototypes functionality and durability has been tested over and over and We have compete trust in the capabilities of the company in charge of turning these prototypes, into dream worthy toys! They have the credentials and the solid experience, Every part of the process will be approved by us before moving to the next step to ensure everything is going as we expect it to. However, with so many parts, joints and paint application, there is always the possibility of delays due to revisions, corrections and other production details that factories are used to. Any issue that may arise, we will solve to provide the absolute best possible product! We will provide consistent updates to inform you of the project’s status and allow you to walk along with us during the full production process. The final goal is having the best quality product no matter the amount of time and effort required.
