Hi Guys,
Thanks for stopping by my IGG. I appreciate you coming even this far. I’d like to start this off by introducing myself.
My name is Josh Welch, some of you know me as Juice. I have been an embroiderer, screen printer, and designer for close to 9 years. I have worked in some of the finest embroidery shops in Wisconsin and have even started my own. Over the years I have developed a large customer base and have met and worked with some very wonderful people.
Due to recent events beyond my control, I have lost access to my entire shop. To put it very plainly, I have nothing. No equipment, no supplies, and no storefront. Thanks to some amazing colleagues, I have embroidery machines at my disposal until I can get my own shop back up and running. Obviously, going from ground zero to a fully equipped, fully supplied embroidery shop is no small feat. This is where you guys come in! I am not usually one to ask for help, but I am reaching out for some now. I cannot stop doing what I do. I love helping all the bands, businesses, clubs, and people I work with get their patches, hats, jackets, and other embroidered goods done with the highest quality imaginable.
I have set up this IGG in hopes of being able to continue helping out all of the wonderful clients I spoke of and continue to make my living doing what I love!
What you're helping with:
- $4,000 - $9,000 for a new machine. I plan on buying a used Melco Amaya. Depending on the age and condition, the price could be anywhere up to $9,000.
- $2,000 + in Supplies, Supplies, Supplies! Embroidery isn't cheap. I will need needles, thread, twill, hoops, backing, and other miscellaneous shop supplies. This will also go towards making the promised perks!
- The remainder of the money after all is set up will go to helping me recoup some loses from these few months.
With your help I promise to continue putting out products that I am proud of, and you will be too. You are helping a small business get back on it's feet and helping me continue living my dream.
Thank you all so much.
Josh
