Our mission is to empower organizations to meet entrepreneurs where they are providing the tools, guidance, and support needed to help them start businesses, grow, and thrive. We help both entrepreneurs and the organizations that serve them start from where they are and move forward with confidence.

According to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Entrepreneurs and Small businesses create about 66% (two-thirds) of net new jobs in the U.S. Entrepreneurs are problem solvers, job creators, and community builders. With the right resources, they ignite economic growth and drive meaningful change, But the world is changing, and small businesses are facing more challenges than ever before.
That’s where ISM comes in, we meet entrepreneurs where they are, whether they’re running a local shop, launching a high-tech startup, or managing a farm in a remote area. Through our partnered organizations, we provide the training, mentorship, and business resources they need to start, grow, and thrive.
