With the shut-down of YouTube Originals, I finally own all the rights to the ETN world that our team has worked so hard to create, and a show that is so beloved by all of the amazing fans. My dream is to expand the ETN world with bigger stories, more drama, fresh faces and a new level of horror and lore that you’ve all been asking for since the start.

WHY A MOVIE?!
Didn't you check out the teaser trailer above? No explanation needed. But honestly, I want to create a bigger ETN universe for us all to experience. A world of more intense story-telling, adventure, lore and horror.
The best evolution we can imagine for Escape The Night is to make it a more immersive experience. It will have clues, laughs, scares, challenges, betrayal, and DRAMA like you once loved, but now we can take those elements to new heights and do things we never could before.
The deaths will be more horrific, the betrayals will be bolder, the monsters more twisted, and the drama will be GIVING.
The film will have callbacks to the original series (and perhaps even some familiar faces) for the faithful fans but will also stand alone as a gripping horror movie for first-time viewers.
WHAT ERA THIS TIME?
We are going to the 1950s! We have talked about this era since first creating season one. It has all the appeal of both great horror and fantasy with iconic outfits, characters and historical moments to include in our storyline. The sweet innocence of this era makes it perfect for a horror adventure beyond our imaginations.

WHAT'S THE STORY?
Welcome to the Crimson Manor...
The year is 1954, a group of friends are fulfilling an oath to explore the “Crimson Manor,” an abandoned estate with a dark history. Once Inside the mansion awakens from its slumber and they find themselves trapped in a maze of complex puzzles and murderous games. The group must decide who lives or dies, but unknown to them one among them shares a twisted past with the history of the manor. The clock is ticking, and if they don't escape before sunrise, they'll become the manors next victims, trapped forever in time. How far are these friends willing to go to Escape The Night?
THE LOST EPISODE
We are creating a 20+ minute short film or "episode" of the series. It will be fully scripted and take us to places the series never did!
WHO'S GONNA BE IN IT?
Joey Graceffa will of course return as the Savant and also ROSANNA PANSINO. For the rest of cast, we will be merging traditional actors and incredible fan-favorite YouTubers as well as digital creators. It's going to be the cast this ETN family has always wanted - we hear you online and we are so excited to cast this project.

IMPORTANT... PLEASE READ
To support the movie, you will need to setup an Indiegogo account. It is VERY easy to do. Click on a tier to the right you want, and the site will take you through the process. You will need to enter name, address, email, and credit card. If you need to change your address in the future, you can log into your Indiegogo account and do it there.
When making your account PLEASE DO NOT hide your email with Google or Apple when creating your Indiegogo account as it will ruin our ability to reach out to you with your perk, updates and questions.
We will be sending updates throughout the movie making process. We will keep them brief and to the point, so you can quickly follow the process. This is going to take one year to complete, so please be patient, we are going to be working our butts off to make the best movie we possibly can for you.
WHEN WILL THE MOVIE BE DONE?
Our plan is to ship the movie by December of 2024. As soon as the campaign closes, we will move into pre-production with principal photography taking place in May/June and post-production finishing early October. This gives us two months to print Blu-Rays, shirts, scripts and ship them to you. It will be a major undertaking, but something we are more than ready for.
WHAT IS ESCAPE THE NIGHT?
A fantasy horror series that ran on YouTube Originals for 4 Seasons (2016 to 2020). Each season took Joey Graceffa and a new cast of YouTubers back in time to a new era where they had one night to escape or be trapped forever. It garnered over 1.4bn views and won many Streamy Awards, including Best Series and Best Ensemble Cast.
It pioneered a new genre Google labeled surreality. The stars of the show did not know what was going to happen next or the story of the film. They experienced it in real-time, solving clues, battling killer clowns, and unlocking secret doors. Each episode would culminate in a vote and death challenge that would eliminate one of Joey's friends.
The series aired behind a paywall, but YT removed it two years ago and you can now enjoy all the episodes for free on YT here.
