Our Story
Our story is simple. Two friends, Evelyn Rivera and Chelsea Ferrette combined their love for sewing, being creative and handbags and decided to create a business....hence Everette...Handbags of Pure Jeanious! was born.
I've always had a creative eye and a passion for unique handbags. What better way to indulge this passion than creating our own line of bags. Using recycled jeans for the bags' foundation, creatively styled with leather, suede and unique hardware pieces for that finishing touch. Everette Handbags is a fusion of creativity, recycling and distinctive fashion design. Everette Handbags are one- of-a-kind hand-made bags that appeal to all females young at heart and full of wisdom alike. Our bags are for the party girl on the scene to the career-driven and ultimate fashionista in all of us. We imaginatively recycle jeans that no longer fit or are outdated and ready to be tossed away, but you just can't seem to let them go. Having a custom-made Everette Handbag allows you to always have that favorite pair of jeans forever.
What We Need & What You Get
We are excited about Everette Handbags, however we are a small in-home business, just starting out and meticulously making each bag by hand. We need assistance meeting our manufacturing costs. Most of the profits from the business are allotted for materials and hardware to create your one-of-a-kind piece.

- Donors up to $50 will receive a custom-made leather business card holder.
- Donors higher than $50 will receive a custom-made wallet for men or petite clutch for women

- Donors higher than $100 will receive a custom-made leather and denim shopping, an exclusive invitation to one of our launch events and an advertisement link on our blog
- Anyone donating $200 and up will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with me to create a custom handbag to perfectly match their style, and exclusive invitation to one of our launch events, and an advertisement link on our blog.
