Photoville
has invited EverydayClimateChange (@everydayclimatechange) Instagram feed to exhibit this year
at its all-free admission photo festival this year in September! During the festival, EverydayClimateChange
founder, James Whitlow Delano, will join a panel discussion at Photoville to
talk about climate change. We would like
you to partner with us as we present visual evidence of the challenges of
climate change to a whole new audience.
EverydayClimateChange is a collection of photographers from 6
continents who share photographs made on 7 continents to present visual
evidence that climate change doesn't just happen "over there" but
that climate change is also happening "right here". Photographers come from the north, the south;
the east and the west; and are as diverse as the cultures in which we were all
raised. We document not only the effects
of climate change but also potential solutions to mitigate the effects of
global warming on our world.
With over
71,000 visitors last year, Photoville is New York City’s largest annual photo
event. They collaborated with 80
curatorial partners including Instagram, TIME, National Geographic, the
Pulitzer Center, The New York Times and many others. EverydayClimateChange is honored to be a part
of this photo festival.
Come join
us in spreading the word about climate change in a new way to a whole new sets of eyes! You can help us communicate that there is
just one world, OUR WORLD and only we, all of us, can make it a better
one. We hope you will become a funding
partner and we hope to see you in New York!
