WHY INDIEGOGO

We’ve created a fully functional prototype and we are ready for production.  The team has spent the last several months putting the Evo GoCam through its paces, all over the world.  We've explored lots of ways to bring Evo GoCam  to life, but the only way we can see it getting into the hands of others is to use Indiegogo. 

We want to make it more affordable and the only way we can do that is by manufacturing in large numbers. So far,  we have been able to fund the development of the project, but now we need your help to take the product further.  A successful Indiegogo campaign will fund final software and firmware updates and manufacture the first batch of Evo Go Cams. 

More than anything, we need your support and feedback. We want as many people as possible to see and use our product and take the Evo GoCam on their adventures.  Get your hands on an Evo GoCam early and at a great price, please back our project!

What is Evo GoCam? 

It  is the world’s first case-Integrated, external camera for your smartphone. Thanks to a custom made  sticky mount,  the thin and light  Evo Camera can attach to almost any surface securely. It can be  removed easily with no residue.  Securely store and carry the camera in the  Evo Smartphone Case. 

Why should we use the Evo GoCam? 

Capture the best selfies, group photos/videos from unique angles and POVs. Check live streams recorded by Evo GoCam anywhere,  anytime right on your phone.

Who created the Evo GoCam? 

It was Mario Bertucci's idea after observing that he was not in any images or videos he took of his infant son, Emanuele.  He established AbleTech  Inc to design and develop his idea of an in-phone camera with a sticky back- the Evo GoCam - and share it with the world. 

How does it work? 

Simply turn the Evo Camera on, connect it to your phone either via WLAN or to the internet via Wi-Fi, and then manage it with the Evo app.

Where is it manufactured? 

Evo GoCam will be manufactured in and distributed from the US.

What colors are available? 

Evo GoCam is currently available in Red, White and Black.  Other colors will be announced during the campaign, including limited edition colors, exclusive to the Indiegogo campaign. 

What are the other Evo GoCam features? 

It comes with built-in Wi-Fi,  Motion Sensing  for alarms and surveillance,  Parking  and Dash Cam assistance, live streams. full HD videos, and the Evo App for social media sharing and image/video editing and filters. 

Can multiple Evo GoCams connect? 

Yes, via Wi-Fi in both WLAN and Internet modes. Control and manage all GoCams with the Evo App on your phone. 


TECH SPECS

What is the battery life? 

The Evo GoCam  can be used  continuously for two hours and can be charged wirelessly or with the micro USB cable provided. 

Can the Evo GoCam record and stream in HD? 

It records videos at 1080p 30 fps for a smooth and crisp video, even in live streaming mode.

What are the dimensions? 

The Evo Camera is 120mm/4.72" long, 30mm/1.18 wide and  6mm/0.24" thick.  Dimensions of the Smartphone Case vary depending on the phone manufacturer and model. 

Is it waterproof? 

The Evo GoCam is splash proof and a waterproof case is available.

What can we expect from the Evo app? 

Use the Evo app to manage, add, remove Evo  Cameras. The app captures photos, videos, live streams and edits and shares  content via social media.  

What operating systems are compatible with the app? 

It will be work with iOS and Android current releases and updates will be released via the App Store and Google Play.

Is there a warranty?

It comes with a one year limited warranty which may vary by country or state. 

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and need to be locked prior to production & shipment. We will not be able to refund orders once shipped.

What is  the return / exchange policy?

 You may exchange it for a new one within 30 days, less shipping & handling fees.

Can  I upgrade my pre-order?

Contact support@abletechsrl.com and we'll be happy to assist with the upgrade. 

How can I check the status of my pre-order?

We are committed  to provide  backers with frequent campaign and order  status updates via email, social media and the Indiegogo campaign page.  Once  orders are shipped, we'll send a tracking number to each backer as soon as it is available.
