Summary
This film is about a young lady who's become a role model, a sports champion and inspiration to everyone in Nelson Mandela Bay. She spends so much time travelling the world, she is an unofficial ambassador for a new generation of women who've grown up as "born frees", after 1994.
In 2013 we started developing this documentary film project and the project was put on hold for a few years. We are now ready to finish what we've started, and we need your help to do so.
This campaign is to complete filming interviews and post-production. Your contribution will help us complete our first documentary film, and also record the story of one of the bravest people we know.
What We Need & What You Get
We are asking for US$2,000 or about ZAR25,000 to complete this project.

- For more than 10 years I have hosted Tweetups, TEDx and other events, where I recruited teams, sponsors and exciting speakers. Even though this is my first film project, I'm determined to tell stories of unlikely heroes.
Risks & Challenges
Our biggest risk is completing the filming. We have a small team of two people working on this. To overcome this risk we will hire one extra cameraman to ensure we have sufficient footage. We will also schedule all interviews in the same venue, which will have good lighting and sound recording equipment.
