The note-taking app records every sentence translated. You can easily open the app to review the conversation. You can also export it and save it to your phone or computer. So take Haiyu with you to your next business meeting, open the app. and have it translate and note down all the important details, such as date/time, pricing agreement and more.

5. Handsfree

Haiyu can make or pick up any call by pressing one button. When making a call, press the button on Haiyu and use voice command to auto dial anyone on your phone contact list. When answering a call, press the same button. Haiyu automatically goes into speakerphone mode and you can have the conversation hands free.

6. Anti-theft/Anti-loss

Haiyu and your phone are connected by Bluetooth. Once the two devices are 30 feet or about 10 meters apart, and the bluetooth is disconnected, an alarm will sound. You can immediately track the location of the Haiyu on your phone and vice versa.

7. Take selfie up to 10 meters 

Most people need greater distance for their selfie. We also consider that. You can now press the selfie button of Haiyu to control your phone to take photos for you, making selfie more interesting and fun than ever before. （this feature will go to version 3)

Its odd that if you are a man but everything you speak transfer to female voice. So we develop man and female voice for Haiyu. You can now choose between them. This feature only available for Chinese/English version.

Our team has excellent experience for developing Bluetooth devices and rewards the “most valuable companies” by Chinese government. We launch our project on indiegogo in order to built the society and improve Haiyu together. Our aim is to make Haiyu become more intelligent and serve people the way we behave.

We will continue to improve Haiyu, make better version of it. What I am thinking is to make Haiyu can translate languages through phone call conversations. Offline language(for now offline can only recognize one language, so we keep it online), improve the quality of the sound, Take notes from voice to text. • Can Haiyu work offline?

Answer: No, to use voice translation you have to connect to your phone and your phone have to be online. 

• Why don't you make it offline?

Answer: We are trying to make offline also. However, for now we have can only do one language voice recognition. That means it is only one-way talk(they understand everything you say but you don't know what they are saying). We don't think that really solve the language barrier.Also it's hard to update your translation system since it's offline. 

• How does the whole translation process work?

Answer: It involves a lot of complex program to recognize 20 languages even your mobile phone can not handle it. So we have use the app to turn your voice into code then send the data to the cloud server via your mobile to make the complex processing then send back to your mobile. So if we make 20 languages offline the device has to be way better than a smart phone.

• What is the technical spec of Haiyu?

• Can Haiyu pass the airport security check?

Answer: yes.

• How long does the battery last?

Answer: 4-6 working hours and 1 week on stand by mode.

• How are you able to translate in so many languages?

Answer: Haiyu has 3 versions, there are Chinese, English and Cantonese in version 1.0, and in the version 2.0, Haiyu can translate more than 20 languages, in the version 3.0, it can achieve more than 60 languages.

• Is your translation better than others and how? 

Answer: It's as good as the best, because Haiyu using advance voice recognition system resources. It also achieve 0.02 seconds speed translation.

• Does the translator power is durable?

Answer: Yes, the power can can last for a day, also with the fast charge.

• what is the shipment?

Answer: We ship at August 1, and the shipment is supported to ship worldwide.

• What are the delivery costs? 

Answer: After pledging and and selecting your country of delivery, your shipping costs will be shown.

• Can Haiyu analyze slang or local meaning of a language?

Answer: In general, Haiyu is good translating a standard language with an 90% accuracy but for dialects it drops to 60-70%. 

• What is the word limit when you use Haiyu ? 

Answer: No limit. Beside that, you can repeat to listen the conversation and the words are recorded on the APP.
