An overzealous fast food manager unknowingly executes the sinter plans of an alien race by promoting a highly addictive new item: FLAPJAX.

Manager Arrow Bentley is Hamudder's last shot at survival. To avert financial ruin, the company promotes him to revamp an old menu item called FLAPJAX. The original batch, although wildly popular, was quickly banned due to reports of radical side-effects. Arrow, desperate to appease his leaders, accepts the challenge. To boost sales, he convinces his estranged mother, Eleanor AKA ex-pop star named PoPo, to become the face of FLAPJAX.

As the fateful day approaches, Arrow becomes entangled in the growing mystery of the company's true intentions and his twisted relationship with his increasingly delusional mother. Arrow must decide whether to finish whatever evil he may have started, or jump ship and salvage whatever love might be left.

Writer & Director Rocko Zevenbergen has always wanted to impress in life, to live up to the expectations of those he respected no matter how ridiculous or humiliating. At work, that meant breaking Burger King efficiency records.  At home, that meant attending to the needs of his fracturing family, whatever the emotional cost.

It wasn't until Zevenbergen moved out on his own that the reality of his misguided codependency set in. Now, Zevenbergen tackles FLAPJAX to share his experience, in hopes of encouraging others to challenge their own identity and traverse the world in a way that respects the authenticity of who they are.

Led by Writer/Director Rocko Zevenbergen, Bad Taste Video is an independent film collective determined to push the boundaries of cinema as we know them. Last year they released 'I NEED YOU DEAD!' which has since received wide-spread acclaim from regarded horror publications and beyond. Limited to only a $25,000 budget, Bad Taste Video was able to prove itself a serious player. Now, they boast not only a truly unique film, but a dedicated fan-base hungry for more!
