Backers will have the option to choose between the standard and mini versions at the end of the campaign, so you can pick the size that best suits your pet. To keep costs fair and manageable, we will charge shipping fees after the campaign through a pledge manager. This allows us to provide accurate rates based on the most current shipping conditions. Here are our estimated rates for various regions:

At FluffyFriends, we’ve always had one mission: to create cozy, thoughtful spaces that pets truly love. The idea for the Fluff Nest came from seeing how much our own pets love to be close to us—whether that’s lounging in the living room, curled up in the garden, or even “helping” us work at our desks! We realized there was a need for a comfortable, stylish pet bed that could easily move wherever they wanted to be, and that looked great in any space.

The development of Fluff Nest was a true labor of love. We went through multiple designs, testing with our own furry friends and adjusting the hammock’s height, shape, and fabric to make sure it was as comfortable and secure as possible. We wanted a bed that wasn’t just functional but that could actually enhance a pet’s relaxation with a gentle sway, ergonomic support, and soft, breathable materials.

After lots of brainstorming, prototyping, and testing, we created the Fluff Nest—a versatile hammock that’s easy to move, easy to clean, and perfect for both cats and dogs. We’ve poured extensive planning and effort into bringing the Fluff Nest to life, making sure every detail is ready for a successful campaign and fulfillment process. Although this is our first Kickstarter campaign, we’re working with trusted partners and experienced professionals to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here’s how we’re prepared to handle any potential risks that may arise:

MANUFACTURING: We’ve partnered with a reliable manufacturer who understands our commitment to quality. They are prepared to start production as soon as we’re funded, and we’ll have quality checks in place to ensure every Fluff Nest meets our standards. While manufacturing delays can happen due to unexpected backlogs or holiday timing, we’ll stay in close contact with our manufacturing team to manage timelines effectively. Product quality is our top priority, followed closely by timely delivery.

FULFILLMENT: We know that unexpected issues can arise during shipping, such as customs delays, missed deadlines from suppliers, or international logistics challenges. We’ve partnered with an experienced logistics team to streamline our fulfillment process and make sure every Fluff Nest arrives safely. If any unforeseen delays happen, we’re committed to keeping open and honest communication with all backers, so you’ll always know where your order stands.

SUPPLY CHAIN: All materials for the Fluff Nest are sourced from reputable suppliers, but there can be challenges such as material shortages or delivery delays. To minimize impact, we’ve identified backup suppliers and will adjust timelines slightly if needed to ensure each Fluff Nest is crafted with care and quality materials.
