What is FYC Pictures?
FYC Pictures is a Youtube channel making movies to inspire. Youtube is oversaturated with content that is entertaining, but lacks depth. We hope to bring this depth into the community of youtube by spreading values and themes that the world needs in our generation through the medium of movies.
Who are We?
FYC Pictures consists of two high school students attending Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach, CA. Dylan Lenze and Sara Reynolds believe that they have found their passion in film and hope to spread positivity and values in their journey to make movies. As seniors in high school, they have not much but hopes for their channel, but with your help, their hopes may become a reality.
What We Need.
Unfortunately, between the start and the finish of making a movie, rests many barriers. Realistically, many of these barriers cost money: Camera equipment, location costs, actor and crew payment etc. will come at quite a cost.
Because of this, we ask for $10,000 to fund not one, but MANY short films to come in the future. The short film linked now on youtube was done on no budget whatsoever. Imagine what we could produce and who we could positively influence with $10,000!
If we don't reach our goal, not a penny will go to waste with the funds that remain. Each dollar will go solely to the upkeep of the channel and making new movies in the future.
What Else You Can Do.
Unlike many other production companies, Youtubers, or Filmmakers out there, FYC Pictures is based on naught but positive intentions. Our main purpose is not to make money, but to change the world for the better and (like it says in our name) create movies for your consideration. We understand if you are unable to donate to this cause, but it would help immensely if you could simply hit the share button. We have a lot to say, and we would love it if as many people could see our work as possible.
