My name is Nola Hammon,
I grew
up in the Centennial Park and Colorado City area. I have always been amazed at
the effect physical health made on all aspects of my life. For me it was sports,
but since having to rule the WNBA out as a future career choice, I began to
question what my passion truly was. I’ve known for years that I wanted to help
myself and others achieve a healthy lifestyle. Despite this, I’ve never had the
know-how or confidence to even present the idea out loud. Luckily, John Barlow did
it for me. Forward Fitness is very excited to create a place for our community
to achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle as we all move forward!
When I first started, I had no
idea where to start! Personal training will be available to those that want one
on one focus or just assistance in getting familiar with different cardio and
strength training workouts.
We’ve created this campaign to
help determine how many people are interested, as well as to help us solidify
our business plan. We need to know how many members we will need to accommodate.
By contributing $25 to our
goal, you will be pledging to be a member of Forward Fitness: A fitness
facility open to all those looking to advance their life in a positive and
healthy way. However this is no-commitment, no-contract no-obligation pledge.
We are confident that you will love our facility and be a longtime member.
When we’ve reached $5000, we
will have met our target number of members. The doors will be open to members in July 2016.
If you sign up now, your first
month will be free and your $25 will go towards your second month. We hope you
continue to follow this page and spread the word around town!
