Welcome to the Gary Shipman Sketchbook Sketch Cards Volume 2.

My name is Gary Shipman, and I have been making art for more than 3 decade's working with properties from comics, movies, animation and more.

I'm probably best known for my comic book series Titan Mouse of Might and Pakkins' Land.

I have been nominated for Eisner, Harvey, Russ Manning, and HEROIC Awards. My work has been published through Disney, Caliber Press, Image Comics, Cryptozoic, Upper Deck, Topps, and Zondervan.

I have been exploring different styles of art throughout my life, with no formal art training. I am excited to share this campaign for my newest sketchbooks entitled Sketch Cards Volume 1 and Sketch Cards Volume 2, These volumes collect sketch card art I have done over the years in a full-color, 8" x 10.88" large format, 100-page books that display the art of over 800 different sketch cards, softbound edition (If we meet our 1st stretch goal it will be upgraded to a hardbound edition).

My expression in art means nothing without all of you to share it with. Your support means more than you know, it helps me to keep doing the art I love. I need enough for the printing, distribution, and fees to create this sketchbook. Anything beyond that helps to make other projects possible.

Risks & Challenges

The Risks are very low. Production on the books are done and are either already printed or at the printer before the launch of this campaign. All we need is to place the order to the printer. 

I have done many campaigns in the past and feel qualified to bring this project all the way to fulfillment.
