Short Summary
Sherry and Harvey Baker are a married couple living in 1950's America. They seem to be living the American dream but there's just one problem, they can't have a baby. Trying to cope with this, sherry begins to obsessively create gelatin food, something that drives her husband insane.
Gelatin is a story of female empowerment while highlighting the very different roles men and women were expected to fulfill during this time period.
This piece is very important to us because as an all-female team going into a male-dominated industry, we feel it is important to create a film with feminism at its core.
