Hi my name is Brianny Baker and I am a Junior SPED Major at Georgia Southern University. I am currently a member of the Georgia Southern chapter of Student
Council for Exceptional Children. We are currently in the process to raise funds to attend the National Convention and Expo for the Council for Exceptional Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This conference is the largest conference for educators of students With special needs, parents of students with special needs and future special education teachers. This conference would allow the students at Georgia Southern to be exposed to the newest information in research based strategies to teach students with exceptionalities. At this time the approximate amount each student will need to pay is $800.00.
