The Guided Image Grid Array (GIGA) Printer is a concept of Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology that we have been extensively researching and testing at TetraCells Inc. to overcome the size limitations of existing 3D printers.
GIGA Printer dimensions
GIGA Printer can produce single parts with a build size of 4.8 m × 2.0 m × 1.5 m, which far exceeds the current sizes provided by other 3D printing services at a competitive price and time. It also has a massive overall size of 10 m × 2.54 m × 4.34 m.
You no longer need to be restricted in your designs by having to worry about chopping it into pieces to fit your build volume or having to design connections to join or glue the pieces of your design together. GIGA Printer will print your design as a single whole piece.
Because of the large build volume offered by GIGA Printer, it can also produce parts with higher weight than can be printed on other printers.
GIGA Printer features superior technical specifications compared to existing 3D printers. It also has a built-in post-curing station, which allows for convenient post-processing immediately after printing to achieve strong mechanical properties.

Print massive sized parts
Our prices are competitive with other services as well. Below is a price comparison of printing a sword model that is 1m in length as an example.
By backing our project, you get a discount voucher for our printing services. The discount amount varies depending on the perk. Each voucher offers a 30% discount, with a cap based on the backing amount. And there are so many perks that you can choose from based on your needs.
Backing perks vouchers
Backing the project and using the perks involves two steps as shown in the figure below.
How voucher discounts work
For example:
Step 1: You backed the project with a $100 perk. That means you will have a 30% discount with a cap of $150 for one printing service order.
Step 2: Let’s say you uploaded the sword CAD model to our platform through our website, and the model has a volume of 0.9 liters, which includes support structures.
Then, we calculate the cost of printing the model as the volume of the model times our printing service cost: 0.9 L × $555/L ≈ $500.
When you use the $100 perk voucher, 30% of $500 is $150.
So, you will earn a $150 discount, and you will pay only $350 instead of $500!
