Our goal is to impact over 160 people by providing a sustainable system of clean drinking water for a village by building a well, and providing proper training and education to local people. The amount necessary to build the well is $5,000. With your help, we believe we can raise enough money in one week to provide an entire village with clean water.

This weekend is Diwalli, the festival of lights. It's one of India's most celebrated national holidays. The festival is symbolic of the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. To do our part in promoting a better world, the team has decided to embark on a week long campaign to raise money to combat one of the world's most pressing issues--water sanitation.

Diseases from dirty water cause more deaths per year than any other form of violence, even war. All of the proceeds will be donated to Charity: Water, an organization working to help millions of people around the world have access to clean water.

And, if you needed more incentive--we'll reward donations with fun perks!  EVEN BETTER--if we reach our goal of $5,000 by Saturday or receive an individual donation of $1,000, we have pledged to shoot a Bollywood music video in the streets of Bangalore and post it for all to enjoy!
