Our Children, Our Future, Our
Responsibility.
My name is Carmen Lobis, I lost my 6 year old grandson, Ben Wheeler on Dec. 14th, 2012 at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Since that day I have been looking for a way to honor my grandson and help some other family from having to go through what ours did.
When it
comes to our children, there are no differences among the diverse opinions
surrounding guns. We all know that as adults our children’s safety is our
primary responsibility. That is the impetus for the invention of the
ProtectorXT gun locking station. Countless gun owners have admitted that they
keep a loaded and unsecured weapon in their home. Almost all of them clearly
admit that they’d prefer not to have their weapon unsecured but have it
available for quick access in case of an emergency. That is why they react so
positively when we demonstrate ProtectorXT. It offers them exactly what they
need i.e. prevention of unauthorized use of their weapon and two second access
when they need it.
To get this
safety device to market we need your help to get it started. To fully fund the
project it will take over a million dollars to reach the number of gun owners
we need to get to. However, we have a plan to do it in steps. Here is our plan:
Raising
$100,000 will allow us to finalize product development
and testing, resulting in a market ready product
If we can
raise $250,000 we can additionally build out our sales and distribution channel, allowing us
to penetrate the market swiftly, but efficiently, which will
maximize
our marketing strategy
Our outside
goal for this campaign is $500,000 and at that level we can also provide resources to develop cost lowering efficiencies in our production and
distribution
channel resulting in wider distribution of the product.
Our team, with over 120 years of combined business experience, is committed to this goal and is experienced at bringing great ideas to life. I don't know how many children or adult lives we can save but it's the least we can do.
If you can't help would you pass on our request to your friends and families who might be able to.
Thanks so much,
Carmen
