MetaSafe tokens (MST) will follow ERC-20 standards and be compatible with existing platforms. As a miner, you will have a wallet with a Harmony account, an MST (MetaSafe Tokens) account, and a USD account. Earned service fees will be stored in your wallet as USD credit. 

In the short term, credits can be exchanged for gift cards. Once the MetaSafe network is fully built out, you will be able to add a bank account and other popular pay apps such as Venmo and Paypal, and exchange USD credit for MSTs or other cryptocurrencies.
