HEARTSTRINGS - STUDENT SHORT FILM
Hi! i am Ellis Producer of 'Heartstrings' a short psychological horror/thriller that follows two students on a scavenger hunt and the chaos that soon follows...
Film Synopsis:
'When a shy college student joins a campus scavenger hunt to impress his crush, he unwittingly steps into a deadly game designed by a hidden killer.'
As students funding is sparse for our project, through crowdfunding we hope to raise the required funds to bring our vision to reality
Though your donations, we will be able to create, market and distribute our project
How Will Donations Be Used...
There are a number of costs that we will encounter throughout production such as:
- Actors (Travel Expenses, Feeding, Potential Accommodation)
- Props
- Film Festival Entry Fees
- Marketing
We hope to raise up to £250 as this will cover all projected costs and ensure spare funds for any costs that we may encounter along the way. By reaching this goal, we will have the resources to produce our film exactly how we want and avoid compromise.
Obstacles
Throughout production we may run into a number of challenges and obstacles and your donation will put us in the best possible place to bounce back and deal with these, some of the problems we may encounter include:
- Actor Illness
- Train Strikes
- Bad Weather
- Damage To Props
By reaching our goal we will have the resource to persevere in the face of surprise.
