Who Am I?
My name is Cassie and I run the blog & YouTube channel "ThriftThick". It has been two amazing years (I can't believe it!) and my camera has finally started showing signs of extreme fatigue (I can totally believe this).
I want to be able to keep putting out content that all of us can enjoy and I can't do that without a blemish-free camera (well, at least I know I'll be bothered). I'm not talking about cosmetically blemished either, but rather that black speck and creepy smudge that are forever stuck on the inside of my camera lens (and on the playback of my videos). Every week I put out at least one video for you all to (hopefully) enjoy with absolutely no monetary return from YouTube or otherwise; I do it because I love it and because of the joy you all express in the comments of my videos. So, with that in mind, I'm asking for your help…:
What I Need & What You Get
To get a camera capable of filming HD video I need at least $200. That being said, the more you donate the better camera I can get and the longer it will last me (us). I'm just a poor art student so I really can't do this without your support; even $1 would help me out greatly and mean the absolute world to me though! Think of it this way: even if an eighth of my subscribers donated one dollar then I would have enough money to get a brand new camera! No more dust and blemishes on the lens! Happiness for you and me!
If I don't reach a minimum of $100 though, know that your donation money won't be wasted. I will put together some sort of a giveaway full of makeup and chocolate so I can give back to all of you in some way. YouTube has never been about me making money, just about me making content and spreading some smiles!

Honestly, I can't thank you all enough for even looking at this page. Your support has meant nothing short of the world to me and I always strive to stay connected with you all through the comments and the content (much of it requested from you yourselves) of my sites because I truly do appreciate it. Giving back to me in the form of a new camera is all I've ever asked and all I could ever dream of… I'm only asking so I can keep making videos for you!
