What if my address changes before I receive my items?
Please be sure to notify us at lounge@richardcheese.com IF your shipping address changes. Be sure your IndieGogo account's email address is correct so you can be contacted after funding is complete. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, and your shipment is returned by the post office, you will be required to pay for the costs of re-shipping before we can re-ship your order.

Well, the actual cost of recording just one album is $29,000. So, releasing 3 new albums costs even more -- but we're only asking fans to fund 1/3 of our actual costs. You're getting 2 extra albums free!
Recording and releasing albums is expensive. We have to pay for arranging, production, rehearsal space, studio time, engineers, equipment rental, royalties/licensing, artwork, editing, mixing, mastering, marketing, crowdfunding commissions, legal expenses, Paypal fees, manufacturing, order fulfillment, plus I pay our musicians fairly for their hard work and talent.
Also, the money we're raising CREATES JOBS! We DON'T just pocket it!!!! Musicians, arrangers, engineers, graphic artists, recording studios, manufacturers, and pornstars will get HIRED to work on our albums. We are a small business; PLEASE help us help other small businesses!
WHY DO WE NEED OUR FANS TO HELP US?
We are an indie band without major record label funding. And, we're a cover band, so we don't make revenue from songwriting and we pay out substantial royalties to the original song artists. We aren't able to tour extensively, we aren't rich, and we're not even that popular, either! All of this comes out of my pocket. I am only seeking enough money to continue making albums for YOU, our devoted and swanky fans. Can you afford to help? Please do.
In the past, we've had about 425 people contribute to our CD funding campaigns. Out of 118,000 Facebook fans, only 425 people were willing to put their money where their lounge is. Why only U.S. only?Digital downloads are available worldwide. But due to ridiculous postal fees, we can only ship merchandise items to U.S. addresses, no international or APO/FPO. Sorry, mon frère! If you do order from outside the U.S., the shipping cost is an additional $58! That's what it costs us to ship internationally with tracking to ensure packages are delivered.

What format are the digital download files?
The digital album downloads will be delivered to you with download codes through BandCamp.com, which offers downloads in MP3, MP3 320, FLAC, ALAC (Apple Lossless), AAC, or Ogg Vorbis. I have no idea what the fuck any of that means.
Will you still release the 3 albums if you don't hit your funding goal?
We're not sure, let's hope we don't have to find out! (We chose IndieGoGo's "flexible funding" option because that is the only way to accept payments via both credit cards and PayPal; however, the intent is that this is a "fixed funding" campaign.) If we don't reach our funding goal, we still hope to release the 3 albums using other funding sources (bank loans, selling plasma, etc.). If not, we will refund 100% all of the contributions.
Will these albums be family-friendly or do they have swears?
The "Live At The Boulder Theater" album is a filthy and offensive obscenity-filled fuckfest. But the other two albums are family-friendly because we're trying to get our music into commercials and mainstream TV shows and they're a bunch of pussies.
Can I contribute more than the minimum pledge amount?
Yes. Just click on the "Pledge Amount" and enter the new amount. Any donation or additional contribution payment above listed perk prices shall be designated as gift. Please don't contribute unless you're super rich. Want to modify your pledge? See "Upgrade to Higher Priced Perk" instructions above. Deadline is September 20!
Can I submit a different name to be listed in the credits or for an autograph?
Yes, we can accept your name or a friend's name or a business name. We will contact all of our contributors in September/October to get the name info. If you don't specify a name, autograph will be signed to the name on the order. Names or business names in credits are subject to approval, at our sole discretion. For autographs, first names only, no messages. *** UPDATE: The "Name In Credits" ($75) perk offer has been updated. Name will be included in the digital booklets for all 3 albums, AND name will ALSO be printed inside the "Supermassive Black Tux" CD jacket!
