My name is Vladik, I am 4 years old. And more than a half of my life I have spent in clinics. But now doctors in my native city of Almaty, Kazakhstan can not help me to become an ordinary boy, who can run, walk, play, speak. Doctors from rehabilitation center "ReaCenter" in Chelyabinsk, Russia, they can help, but only one rehabilitation course costs my mother Natalya 5000 US$, and I need at least 3 courses. After first course, there are already some improvements. But if we stop, we'll lose even this small progress. Only medicines cost my mother 700$ per month, and she has to care about me and my elder brother Sasha (13 years old). So I need your help to collect 10000 US$ for two rehabilitation courses.

Vladislav Krivoborodov, born on April 18th, 2012. At 4 months old he was taken to clinic with diagnosis: severe cerebellar ataxia, organic brain damage, symptomatic epilepsy, cerebellar deficiency syndrome on the background of severe cerebral hypoxia and internal hydrocephalus. Speech development delay. Sensorimotor alalia. Subclinical epileptogenesis. Encephalopathy, a weak form of cerebral palsy.

Her mother Natalya Krivoborodova is struggling for his health alone as his father had started drinking and left the family.

2 years ago, doctors gave very bad prognosis for Vladik health. He is not speaking yet. But with the help of her mother Vladik started walking step by step. And the latest Brain MRI provides some hope for him.

We ask you to help him to stand up.

THANK YOU!
