Short Summary
WAXY is an independent rock n roll band based in the Southern California Desert. As you may be aware the music industry is a bizarre and difficult industry to navigate. We have a once in a lifetime opportunity to be the opening act for John Garcia on 3 international tours. We are also in the process of self financing a new record to be released in the coming months. This is obviously an expensive endeavor and we are hoping to raise funds with your support.
What We Need & What You Get
While touring internationally is any bands dream, it comes at a huge cost. Bands have to pay out of pocket for virtually every aspect of touring. From plane tickets, van and equipment rentals, to food and the occasional hotel room the money adds up quickly. Waxy has spent years getting to this point and in order to continue doing what we do best we need your support.
We are seeking $15,000 in order to finish our new album and supporting tours. For a single donation of $75 you will receive our latest CD, signed by all WAXY members along with an official WAXY T-Shirt, bracelet, stickers, patches and Baseball Cap. All perks will ship after the campaign has closed.
If you can't afford the $75 Motorcade package there are various other perks that you can choose from. Even if you want to just throw a $1 in our bucket, we would greatly appreciate it!
