Heron's Nest is an outdoor preschool focused on gardening, handcrafting, forest exploration, and community building, in the context of New England seasonality. We're more than halfway through our second year, and enrolling for our third, as we continue to expand and refine our indoor and outdoor spaces. Last year, with help from the community in both funding and building, we were able to construct a greenhouse to serve as a winter classroom and spring/fall gardening space. This year, instead of a big project, we have many little projects!

The biggest necessities are grading/landscaping after the repair of our deck, creating sturdier fencing around the property, and acquiring materials for all of our gardening projects this spring. Any amount helps!

This time around, we're sending out adult t-shirts for any donations above $35! Designed by Ava Blum-Carr, of Preservation Orchard in Hadley, they will be available on a first-come basis, in a variety of sizes.

If you would like to contribute a donation in addition to getting a T-Shirt, the donation must be a separate transaction!
