HOA SUA SCHOOL

Hoa Sua is a vocational training school in the hospitality sector seeking the training and employability of disadvantaged youth, namely orphans and street childrenraised by charity organizations, to encourage their insertion on the labour market.

Hoa Sua is a successful worldwide Humanitarianism example  of social economy and professional integration for disadvantaged youth who, without such opportunities, would fair poorly on the job market.

Approximately 90% of graduates find work in international hotels and restaurants, and more than 6,000 underprivileged youth have received career training and have found a job.

Who are we? 

IMS, Intercultural Management Semester, Paris - France, was created in 2001 by ICD International Business School. This year again, French students would like to get involved into a project which unify the group.

Our commitment is to help achieving Hoa Sua goal: help to reduce the poverty in Vietnam and allow the emplo-ability and the training of the Vietnamese disavantaged and disable youth and ophans living on the street in the worst living conditions conceivable. 

To achieve that goal we decide to set up an international fund-raising as well as sending one or several interns at the school to provide them our skills and knowledges about communication, marketing and management.
